Floral Art "Coneflower Butterfly" by Doris Wilbur Artist, Watercolor Art, Artwork, Nature, Prints, Wall Art, Flowers, Limited Edition

Print of watercolor painting, "Coneflower Butterfly" by Doris Wilbur. This is a scene from my perennial garden. Coneflowers draw butterflies as well as goldfinces and other birds with their seeds in autumn. Print is made with finest quality archival materials, state of the art printing and heavy acid free paper. It has a white border around the artwork and is intended to be framed 8x10". You can frame as is, or add a mat.

The size given is the final size it should be framed. You may add a mat if you choose or frame as it is with the white border it has around it. Your print will come with a backing board, a signed and numbered Certificate of Authenticity and a clear protective sleeve. Each print is a Limited Edition, and is numbered with a maximum of 250 in the edition. When I reach that number no more prints are made. That makes each print more valuable.

I enjoy perennials in my small garden but especially enjoy our native wildflowers and encourage everyone to protect them. They are a gift of free beauty and a necessary part of our ecology. Bees, insects, birds, butterflies and all sorts of wildlife depend on them for nectar, seeds, food and places to grow their young. They range from well loved common flowers like daisies to exotic looking orchids growing in the bogs and fens. Such a huge variety and each one a treasure worth saving from habitat loss.

Thank you to all my customers who have made purchases over the years and kept me in art supplies. Your support is appreciated. And welcome to you who are new to my work.
